Privacy Policy:
Your personal information will not be abused! Any information received on this site will NOT be forwarded or sold for anyone else's use.

Shipping Limits:
Shipping is FREE for orders within the 48 Continental United States.

Return Policy:
You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of shipment date. Product returned must be unopened packages and contain "Sold to" name and address for identification. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer except in cases where the return is due to a shipping error on our part. To return an item, you must first call for an authorization number before shipping the item back to our facility. Be sure the number is clearly visible on the outside of the package. You may want to insure your return; we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns. When the returned item is received, it will be inspected for any damaged product. Restocking charges will apply and vary depending on the item. Upon determining that a refund is due, either a credit will be issued to your credit card account; or, if paid by check, a refund check from TJR Healthcare will be mailed to you.

We also accept the following credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Only credit cards may be used for online orders. We do not accept C.O.D. orders.
